“Respected dignitaries, esteemed guardian's, dear learners, and all our dedicated staff members,

I am honored to address on behalf of the Rashtriya Gramin Computer Saksharta Mission (RGCSM), an initiative that is transforming lives across rural India. As we stand on the threshold of an exciting digital era, it is our collective responsibility to ensure that no one is left behind, especially those in our rural communities who have often been excluded from the benefits of technological advancement.

Our mission, at its heart, is to empower every individual, especially in rural India, by providing them with the essential skills and knowledge to navigate the digital world. We believe that digital literacy is not just a skill; it is a gateway to opportunity, progress, and inclusion.

The Rashtriya Gramin Computer Saksharta Mission is committed to making technology accessible, practical, and relevant for all. Through our Computer Saksharta Centers, we are enabling individuals to not only learn the basics of computing but also to unlock the potential of the digital world — whether it is accessing government services, improving employability, or advancing education.
